(haha that one cracked me up myself)... i am just wrapping up buying a condo in edmonds! fantastic and way better than federal way or tukwila that i was looking at. the lady that owned this one in edmonds had a severely debilitating case of dementia and was put into a nursing home and her kids sold the place. good times...
